To commission a design, please contact us via [contact page or email]. We’ll gather your requirements (style, size, format) and provide a quote.

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. After the deposit, we will send a sketch/mockup for your approval. You are allowed up to 2 rounds of revisions.

Once the final design is approved and the remaining balance is paid, the piece is considered final — cancellation is not available after that point.
